 :)The latest sun spot occurred two days ago and broke a 40 some day cycle without any spots. 
You can go to   solarcycle24.com   and see the day by day changes in the solar flux. You can also
find the "Six meter tool" at the top of the home page and view stations around the world
communicating on six meters. In the States, operators usually experience activity on six meters
occurring during some ducting and this can happen in any direction in the states. From my experience,
the East coast and the South Eastern states are more apt to be hot. Just sitting and waiting for
